What is rloopz refund policy?

There can't be a generic refund policy as food is a perishable item. It depends on the restaurant owner. Customer has to talk directly to the restaurant to get their refund.If some food item is missing, please call rloopz customer care and we will talk to the restaurant and arrange for the refund, if the claim is valid
